Artémis - Bussigny

Steiner SA is developing a residential complex with four buildings in Bussigny, which is surrounded by high-quality outdoor facilities. Construction of this project, which is committed to sustainable development, is scheduled to begin in June 2021.

The architectural office Burckhardt+Partner AG has designed the housing development in which life and nature coexist harmoniously. In reference to the generously dimensioned greenery of the site, the project was named Artemis, who was the Greek goddess of nature. The project will be certified Minergie-Eco because it takes health and ecological aspects into account in the construction.

The complex will comprise 89 rental units. It will be distinguished by its high-quality landscaping and its selected materials in relation to the heat island problem and the Minergie Eco label. The concept developed by Steiner also includes the integration of green areas directly into the buildings by means of plant containers on the balconies.
