Bülach Nord Logistik - Bülach

In the immediate vicinity of the Glasi Quarter in the northern part of Bülach, RED East is developing an up-to-date logistics distribution centre together with Credit Suisse Real Estate Fund LogisticsPlus. On a site covering some 16,000 m², a modern three-storey complex offering more than 35,000 m² of logistics space is due for completion by 2025. To make the most of the site, the basement floor – which will be accessible to vehicles – will be laid out in such a way that it will occupy a third of the planned usable space.   

Marketing and design work on this major development project is already due to begin this month (September 2020). Construction will then commence about three years later. Expansion of the Bülach North logistics zone will result in the creation of a large number of new jobs in this area. This in turn will enhance the Glasi Quarter's residential appeal and amenity value.
