Sihlterrassen - Zürich

The Manegg Mitte project was developed jointly by Steiner and the Baugenossenschaft des Eidgenössischen Personals (building cooperative for federal personnel – BEP). At four existing Manegg sites in Zurich-Wollishofen, work is proceeding on both the Sihlterrassen complex, with its 151 owner-occupied apartments, and a new-build with 101 cooperative apartments and light-industrial units.

Thanks to an innovative online configurator developed specially for Sihlterrassen, potential buyers can adjust the apartments' floorplans as well as the materials used for the interior fittings according to their own wishes. All requirements regarding kitchens, bathrooms and finishes are duly recorded upon signature of the purchase agreement.
