Harmony - Montreux

Steiner was mandated to develop a residential scheme that offers upmarket living comfort while capitalising on the merits of the location. The complex, which includes beautifully landscaped outdoor spaces, comprises six modern buildings that blend harmoniously with their surroundings. In total, they contain 109 apartments with 2½- to 5½-room layouts and 5 office units.

Five of the buildings, with 87 flats, take the form of condominium properties. The sixth was built as an investment property to be put up for sale. Retail and light-industrial premises round out the diverse portfolio. A school and various restaurants are located directly across the road.
