With the legal enactment of planning permission, construction work can begin next summer on the “La Colline” project in Arlesheim, developed by Steiner AG. By 2022, four attractive apartment blocks – including 29 owner-occupied apartments in total – plus 16 single-family houses will be built on the site, which is located on an elevated slope.
Planning permission for the “La Colline” project in Arlesheim, which has been granted by the municipality of Arlesheim, took legal effect yesterday. Stefan Gabriel, Team Leader of Real Estate Development at Steiner AG, is delighted: “After a lot of hard work, we have now reached a further important milestone and will be in a position to start the construction of this attractive residential development in a prime location as early as the second quarter of 2020”. The “La Colline” project, which will create a new living environment with high-quality residential units and extensive green spaces, has been developed by Steiner AG. By mid-2022, four apartment blocks containing a total of 29 owner-occupied apartments as well as 16 single-family houses will be built on the 13,851 m2 plot. The residential units, which will comprise between 3.5 and 5.5 rooms and range in size from 110 m2 to 210 m2, are geared to the upmarket demand segment, including families, couples and single-person households.

The “La Colline” residential development is located in an idyllic setting in the coveted municipality of Arlesheim.
