Open Day in Estavayer Montbrelloz for the Flore&Sens project

In anticipation of the new Flore&Sens project in Estavayer Montbrelloz, Steiner is organising an Open Day on Saturday 2 October 2021 from 11am to 4pm. This entertaining and gastronomic event will allow participants to learn about buying condominiums and have fun in a pleasant environment.

During the Open Day, our specialist Fawzi Berrehouma will answer all questions from interested parties. A foodtruck as well as animations, a travelling farm and pony rides for children, will make it possible to share a convivial moment on the site of the future project. Steiner is organising this open-air event in line with the protective measures against Covid-19.

The Flore&Sens complex consists of four small Minergie-certified buildings with 6 to 11 apartments. The latter are characterised by their generous and bright interior spaces. The complex will feature unique outdoor amenities including private gardens for ground floor residents, fruit trees, a vegetable garden and a greenhouse for community use. This project is a real opportunity for homeowners looking for a modern property in a rural setting.

The apartments for sale range from 2.5 rooms (from CHF 320,000) to 5.5 rooms (from CHF 710,000). They are distinctive for their architecture, which combines the village style of the Fribourg countryside with modernity, durability and comfort. A total of 29 condominiums will be built in Montbrelloz. They are aimed at singles as well as families and persons of all ages wishing to enjoy a rural setting right by Estavayer-le-Lac.

First works in October

On the plot, the demolition of an old barn will take place from mid-October 2021. Earthworks can then begin in November.

Steiner SA has developed the Flore&Sens project on behalf of the Steiner Investment Foundation, the client.
