Steiner launches its new website with innovative technology

An optimised user interface, high-quality visualisations and well-presented content: the new-look website of property developer and total/general contractor Steiner AG features innovative technology and responsive web design. This helps it to satisfy users’ growing demands for high-quality information that is accessible at any time and on all types of device. During the pitch to select a design agency, DACHCOM came out on top. The Swiss advertising company fully satisfied our customers’ requirements by creating an attractive concept. Meanwhile, the Basel-based web design firm CAB took charge of the technical aspects.
 
The key challenge of the Steiner website project was to present around 250 real-estate projects in a clear, well-organised way. Individual properties can now be found in just a few clicks using a smart geolocalised filtering function. Large-scale photos and high-quality renderings provide site visitors with impressive insights into each project. “After an intensive implementation phase lasting several months, we are delighted that our state-of-the-art website is now going live,” says Andreas Gurtner, Head of Corporate Communications.
 
Innovative, user-friendly, best-in-class

All of the topics featured on steiner.ch are now clearly arranged, easy to read and visually appealing. “We would like to thank our partners DACHCOM and CAB for their diverse creative inputs and their impeccable teamwork on this project,” adds Andreas Gurtner. Reto Eugster, Project Manager at DACHCOM in Winterthur, also praised this accomplishment: “Starting with the conceptual preparatory work, our close collaboration was extremely effective and proved highly successful.” And, as Surena Golijani, Project Manager at web design agency CAB, adds: “When such a modern Internet presence and an optimal display on both desktop and mobile can be achieved after several months of intensive collaboration, it’s an inspiring feeling”. steiner.ch will continue to evolve in the future too. Upcoming projects include incorporating drone videos and flagship projects with a magazine-style presentation.
