History
From a joinery shop to Total Services Contractor
The name Steiner has been closely connected with the real estate and construction industries and their progressive development since the beginning of the last century. Established
in Switzerland in 1915 as a one-man joinery shop, the company has become one of the country's leading general contracting companies over the course of three
generations. After the introduction of the Total Services Contractor (TSC) model in 1995 its range of services has been steadily refined and expanded.
After the India-based Hindustan Construction Company Ltd (HCC) acquired a majority interest in Steiner in 2010, the success story of Steiner Group will continue in a somewhat
different structure but with the same high degree of reliability and competence that Steiner has always offered as a partner in addressing the full spectrum of real estate
development and property management needs.
