Board of Directors

The Board of Directors of Steiner AG is responsible for the strategic direction and management of the Steiner Group.
 
The Board of Directors establishes the company's basic strategic, accounting, organizational and financing principles and appoints the members of the Group Executive Board, which is responsible for the operational management of the company. The members of the Board of Directors are elected by the General Meeting of Shareholders for a term of one year and are eligible for re-election.
 
The Board of Directors of Steiner AG consists of five non-executive members.

Group Executive Board

The Board of Directors has delegated the executive management responsibility of the company to the CEO. The CEO is responsible for the overall operational management of Steiner Group and presides over the Group Executive Board. The members of the Group Executive Board manage their business segments in accordance with the general business strategy formulated by the Board of Directors and the instructions given by the CEO.
