Training
Ongoing training and development of our staff is a cornerstone of Steiner Group's success.
All new employees receive intensive training on the Total Services Contractor business model, management systems and IT applications as part of a thorough induction and
orientation process. Periodic refresher courses ensure that the acquired knowledge is kept up to date and readily available.
Steiner Group supports function-relevant training in all areas. Construction industry associations have also joined forces to offer continuing education courses tailored to the
specific needs of the industry, particularly in the field of project management ("Project manager construction industry" and Executive program project manager
construction").
Steiner Group's future executives are given intensive preparatory training for their future challenges within the scope of a special development program designed by the
company itself. This program consists of 15 different modules in which internal and external specialists provide instruction on key topics over the course of 18 months. A diploma
is awarded to graduates of this executive program.
