In keeping with its environmental policy Steiner Group will present energy-efficient and sustainable building concepts to the builders or real estate investors that use its services. These include:

• Recommended energy-efficient construction methods such as Minergie, Minergie P, Minergie ECO (Swiss low energy standards), environmentally friendly and sustainable construction materials, etc. Implementation thereof upon request.
• Regular assessment and evaluation of environmental impact
  
• Proof of compliance with current environmental legislation (legal compliance)
• Briefing and sensitization of employees
• Application of best available technologies for the efficient use of limited resources and raw materials
  
• Promoting environmental awareness among our contractual partners and suppliers
